Driving Test Routes
As of October 2010, the driving test in the UK will change and new test routes will be introduced. At present, driving instructors can access driving test routes from the Driving Standard's Agency's website. As of October 2010 the Driving Standards Agency will not be publishing the test routes.
As many driving instructors would agree, it is not a good idea to teach pupils driving test routes. It is useful though to understand what sequences of junctions learner drivers will be expected to deal with particularly if they include unusual junction layouts.
The aim of this website is to provide sample test routes that have been used in your area. If you are an observer on test and know what test route has been taken and wish to share the information, please email us and we will publish it for you to assist your colleagues.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the test routes listed, we can not accept any liability for mistakes in the test routes and the routes provided should be used as a rough guide to the routes used by examiners.
